Welcome to Teaching for Creativity, a resource designed to help every teacher bring creativity into PSHE for KS1 and KS2. Developed in partnership with the University of Winchester and inspired by their Creativity Navigator framework. This toolkit uses music, drama and art based pedagogies to make learning active, engaging and memorable. It take PSHE beyond discussion and into dynamic, hands-on experiences. 

A series of lesson plans and short tutorial clips provides practical strategies to explore key PSHE themes through the arts. Each topic includes ready-to-use activities, creative warm-ups, and step-by-step guidance to support collaboration, critical thinking, and self-expression.

The Creativity Navigator Framework was developed in collaboration with the University of Winchester Academy Trust Creativity Collaborative and follows a three step approach: Explore, Ideate, Evaluate. Each lesson follows this simple, creative process to encourage curiosity, imagination and reflection.
